Random Complexes

In the talk I will discuss the model of random 2-dimensional complexes suggested recently by N. Linial and R. Meshulam. I will give a precise threshold for collapsibility of a random 2-complex to a graph and some other related results. The proofs are based on analysis of the containment problem for random 2-complexes.
